Where did we get started?

ExecutiveEmotionalHealth.com is the culmination of over twenty years of life and business consulting. The two founders, David Charlson and Blair Reynolds, each have over ten years experience in the consulting industry. In addition, they’ve both been founders of several companies. They understand business (and businesspeople) from the inside out.

EEH is a hybrid of business know-how and personal wellness training. It recognizes the unique position of businesspeople and the sometimes fraught relationship they have with emotional health. Often, it seems that being successful in business is directly opposed to being healthy personally (and in personal relationships).

But is that true? The research would say that it isn’t. An emotionally healthy person is MORE effective, clear-headed, creative, and a far superior leader. By fostering a healthy “internal” environment, they create a healthy external one. This includes at their workplace and in their homes.

Our goal is to help leaders—entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers—in creating flourishing businesses and beautiful personal lives. We are committed to supporting the whole person.
